Ingredientes (4 personas):

-8 dl de leche.

-100 gramos de sémola.

-150 gramos de mortadela.

-1 cucharada de mantequilla.

-2 cucharadas de queso Parmesano rallado.

-2 ramitas de orégano rallado.

-1 ramita de albahaca.

-Una pizca de nuez moscada.

-2 huevos.

-2 cucharadas de pan rallado.

Preparación:

Verter la leche en una cacerola, añadir la ramita de albahaca y una pizca de sal y llevar a ebullición. Eliminar la albahaca y agregar la sémola en forma de lluvia. Cocer durante 5-6 minutos, removiendo con una cuchara de madera, hasta que haya espesado.

Picar finamente 130 gramos de mortadela, incorporarla a la sémola junto con la mantequilla reblandecida y el queso rallado. Lavar el orégano, secarlo con papel absorbente de cocina y picar las hojitas; incorporarlas también a la sémola junto con una pizca de nuez moscada. Mezclar, dejar que se enfríe un poco y agregar 2 huevos batidos al compuesto.

Untar un molde de 18 cm de diámetro con mantequilla, espolvorearlo con el pan rallado y rellenarlo con el compuesto preparado. Introducirlo en el horno, precalentado a 180º, y cocer durante 40 minutos.

Retirar el pastel del horno, dejar que se enfríe y desmoldarlo sobre una fuente. Decorar con 2-3 lonchas de mortadela enrolladas en forma de cono y servir como entrante.
