Ingredientes (4 personas):

-1 lámina de masa de hojaldre.

-16 vieiras limpias.

-1 cucharada de aceite.

-1 copita de vino blanco.

-1 vasito de nata líquida.

-1 huevo.

-Nuez moscada.

-Sal.

-Pimienta.

Preparación:

Extender la lámina de hojaldre y recortar 8 rectángulos con una rueda dentellada o con ayuda de un cuchillo afilado. Colocarlos en una bandeja de horno, marcar con el cuchillo un borde de 1/2 cm en el interior  de 4 rectángulos y pinchar el fondo con un tenedor. Cortar unas tiritas de la pasta sobrante y realizar unos adornos sobre los otros cuatro rectángulos uniéndolos con un poco de agua. Pincelar la superficie con huevo batido.

Introducir los hojaldres en el horno, precalentado a 210º, y cocerlos durante 10 minutos.

Cortar las vieiras por la mitad,  salpimentarlas y asarlas ligeramente en una plancha caliente untada con un poco de aceite. Reservarlas en caliente.

Trasladar el jugo de la cocción a una sartén, regar con el vino blanco y dejar que se evapore. Añadir la nata líquida, condimentar con una pizca de sal, pimienta y nuez moscada y cocer a fuego lento hasta que haya espesado un poco.

Distribuir las vieiras en 4 rectángulos de hojaldre, regarlas con un poco de la salsa preparada, cubrir con el resto de los hojaldres y servir enseguida para evitar que el hojaldre se humedezca.
